So many momentous events took place in 2011 that it makes you wonder what this year has to bring. One thing we do know for sure, is that it’s a leap year which also means it’s the summer Olympics, and as we all know this time it’s in London. It’s funny how it was so long ago that the media started talking about the 2012 Olympics, that you couldn’t help thinking to yourself, it was a bit premature, discussing something so far ahead in the future. Watching sport either live or on the television might not interest you, you may prefer to take part and be a regular at your local gym, or you could be one of the thousands of ladies joining up this January in an effort to tone up and get fit.
